- 3+ years of hands-on experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in the fintech or tech industry.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise, including examples of user-centered designs and successful projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar applications.
- Experience with conducting user research, usability testing, and implementing feedback to enhance designs.
- Strong understanding of interaction design principles and best practices for mobile and web applications.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present your ideas clearly and advocate for design decisions to stakeholders.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS and the development process is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and handle varying project demands.
- Experience in creating and maintaining design systems will be an advantage.
- Strong UX copy chops—able to write clear, concise microcopy that guides users through flows with ease.
- Bilingual writing skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English, with a nuanced understanding of local tone and cultural context
