This role will assist in planning, executing, and monitoring training programs for Math teachers to students ranging from 3 to 12 years old. The person will ensure teachers are well-prepared in pedagogy, curriculum, and child engagement practices.Key Responsibilities:
  • Support in designing and updating training modules for teachers.
  • Coordinate training schedules, logistics, and communication with teachers.
  • Conduct portions of training sessions (where applicable - e.g., onboarding walkthroughs, digital platform usage).
  • Track teacher participation, progress, and performance during training.
  • Collect feedback from teachers and improve training experience.
  • Prepare training reports, attendance logs, and certification records.
  • Work closely with the Academic Head to identify gaps and design refresher training.
  • Review training efficacy to teacher performance, students learning experiences, and customer satisfaction in general.
Requirements for this Role:
  • Bachelor's degree (Math, Math Education).
  • More than 5 years of experience in Mathematics teaching to children (3-12 years old).
  • 1-3 years of experience in training coordination, L&D, or academic operations.
  • Strong planning and execution skills.
  • Good communication and presentation abilities.
  • Comfortable with digital tools for training (Zoom, Google Classroom, LMS, etc.).
