• Propose and implement new ideas to enhance the overall visual impact of rendered floral scenes.

• Work closely with clients to understand project goals and objectives.
• Incorporate client feedback and iterate on 3D models to meet and exceed expectations.

• Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain project continuity and successful execution.

• Conduct thorough quality checks on rendered images, ensuring accuracy and alignment with design specifications.
• Refine and adjust 3D models based on feedback and quality standards.

• Keep abreast of the latest trends in floral design and 3D rendering technologies.
• Implement industry best practices to maintain a cutting-edge approach to design and rendering.

• Proficiency in 3D rendering software such as Blender, 3ds Max, Maya, or similar tools.
• Experience in Quickbooks and WhatsApp is needed.
• In-depth knowledge of floral design principles, flower varieties, and arrangements.
• Strong artistic and creative skills with an eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams and clients.
• Project management abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, 3D Animation, or a related field is preferred.
