- Generating leads and cold-calling prospective clients.
- Researching organizations and individuals to seek out appropriate contacts and to find new opportunities.
- Following up on business leads/opportunities and arranging business meetings with prospective clients face-to-face or over the phone.
- Developing quotes/proposals and presenting them to prospective clients.
- Having a good understanding of the company’s services and being able to advise clients according to their needs.
- Fostering and developing long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Increasing the business value of existing clients while attracting new clients.
- Communicating new product developments to prospective clients.
- Proven work experience in Business Development or a similar role
- Accustomed to conducting cold calling
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication skill
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree
- Having experience in the market research industry is a plus
- Having proficiency in Mandarin is a plus
