Collaborate with hiring managers in understanding the needs and roles to be filled as well as review job descriptions for vacancies.
Manage the recruiting pipeline including determining resources status and needs, coordinating recruiting events and sourcing activities, assessing, and managing referral processes
Build the talent pool to manage the hiring cycle and develop new strategies and programs to attract candidates.
Create, build, and maintain networks of potential passive candidates to fill future anticipated and planned roles
Define the most effective methods for recruiting and attracting candidates.
Identifies appropriate candidates and assesses their qualifications through review of their resumes, interviews, and other forms of communications.
Requirements :
Minimum Bachelor degree or equivalent education
Minimum 6 months of working experience as Recruiter or Talent Acquisition; fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome to apply
Has experience recruiting for corporate roles (e.g strategic corporate roles, project related roles) will be a plus point
Has hands-on experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems and full-cycle recruiting.
Ability to function well in a high-paced environment and adapt fast in dynamic situations.
Highly motivated, energetic, positive working attitude and a quick learner.
