Determines appropriate Intercompany accounting details (e.g. GL accounts, Cost Center, Transaction Type, Tax Code, etc.), when required3. Posts Intercompany journal entries on both sides for cross-companies4. Works with appropriate Accounting and Transfer Pricing contact persons for Intercompany transactions (e.g. marketing charges, fees & commissions, royalties, loans, interest and dividend related transactions)5. Monitors pending Intercompany requests (either Sending or Receiving) and provides status updates to parties who will need to action such requests6. Prepares cost accrual data for recurring transactions that may impact intercompany transactions7. Ensures timely expense recognition (on both sides) for quarterly and year-end Intercompany related accruals8. Performs Intercompany reconciliations and resolve differences between cross companies9. Coordinates with Treasury for any intercompany settlement requirements10. Prepares payments and collections relating to Intercompany11. Provides data to Internal and External Auditors12. Perform other duties as may be requested from time to timeRequirements1. Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting.2. At least 2 -3 years work experience in Finance & Accounting preferably in Intercompany Accounting. MNC experience is a plus3. Should possess strong skills in Excel Applications and knowledge of ERP accounting software such Oracle is preferred4. Must have strong work ethics, organized and detail -oriented5. Should have good communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work independently as well as a team member in a fast-paced and high-volume environment6. Collaborative with System, Customers and Key Stakeholders.7.
