- Handle enquiries from clients and non-clients through chat, email, and telephone.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Provide accurate information and solutions in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Record and escalate issues when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
- Support continuous improvement by providing feedback related to customer needs and service experience.
- Minimum Diploma (D3) from a health-related background (Nursing, Midwifery, Public Health).
- Service and customer-oriented with high attention to detail.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Able to communicate in English (verbal and written).
- Experience in handling sensitive and confidential information with high integrity and professionalism.
