• Conduct routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs of HVAC, mechanical, and electrical systems.
• Monitor and control energy consumption, optimizing HVAC operations to improve efficiency.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues effectively.
• Adhere to safety regulations, ensuring that all work complies with industry standards.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work, including inventory management.
• Assist in the implementation of preventive maintenance programs.
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure seamless operations.

• High school or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in HVAC, mechanical, and electrical systems maintenance, preferably in a hospitality environment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of building systems and energy-efficient practices.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Relevant certifications in HVAC or electrical systems are a plus.
