  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in office management or related roles, with a demonstrated leadership and team management track record.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office and Teams) and familiarity with office equipment and technology.
  • Problem-solving skills with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
  • Exceptional time management and multitasking capabilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
Qualifications:
  • Ensure that office basic hygiene (cleanliness, tidiness, stationary) is maintained at the highest standard possible to provide comfort to the users.
  • Maintain high office standards including but not limited to house rules, meeting room booking, office do and dont's.
  • Create a dashboard and comprehensive report on how the current office condition is, in a format and template that can be understood easily by a management team.
  • Provide guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure a cohesive and high-performing office management team.
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure office premises' maintenance, repairs, and cleanliness.
  • Assist in developing and managing the office management budget, monitoring expenses, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  • Assist in recruiting a team member.
  • Assist in providing details for payroll based on the dashboard or report on the current office condition.
  • Ensuring an effective and secure document management policy and system in place.
