Develop and manage the overall IT architecture (application, data, integration, infrastructure).
Create the company’s technology roadmap and establish technical standards.
Design system integrations across ERP, CRM, Mobile Apps, and Data Warehouse.
Lead digital product planning and feature development in collaboration with the engineering team.
Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Define and manage system and product roadmaps based on business priorities and user feedback.

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field; Master’s or certifications (TOGAF, AWS, CSPO) are a plus.
5+ years of experience in IT architecture, system design, or enterprise software (ERP, CRM, DWH).
Proficient in system integration, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), API design, and microservices.
Familiar with architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF), Agile/Scrum, and product lifecycle.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills.
