As an Admin Legal, you will provide administrative support to the legal team and assist in the management of legal documents and processes. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the legal department and contribute to the overall success of the company.Responsibilities
  • Assist the Legal Team by organizing and maintaining legal documents and files.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, organizing and maintaining legal documents and records.
  • Manage and update legal databases and systems.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
  • Establish good communication with other divisions to support Legal performance.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive legal information.
Requirements
  • Recent / Fresh / Final year undergraduates are welcome to apply but minimum 2 years’ working experience preferred.
  • Excellent in Microsoft Office, including Excel for report generation.
  • Proficiency in using spreadsheet software.
  • Ability to analyze the performance data of the portfolio.
  • Proficiency in English is a must
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and the capacity to work under pressure are essential.
