Lead overall digital partnership operational strategy and execution
Ensure end-to-end flow from scheduling to disbursement is efficient and scalable (Conversion and SLA)
Align day-to-day operations with broader business strategy

Bachelor degree with any major
Has experience 3 years in sales operation from fintech or digital lending business (would be prefer).
Has experience with building and managing operational process.
Has experience handle third parties partnership in digital lending or financial products
