- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various job positions.
- Review resumes and applications to identify potential matches for client requirements.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Assist in conducting in-person or virtual interviews and assessments.
- Support the maintenance of candidate databases and applicant tracking systems.
- Assist in conducting reference checks and background screenings.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a passion for learning and contributing to a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Prior experience or coursework in recruitment or human resources is a plus.
