This internship is designed to provide you with valuable insights into the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and making hiring recommendations. You will work closely with our experienced recruitment team to support our clients in finding top talent and ensuring a smooth recruitment experience.Responsibilities:
  • Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various job positions.
  • Review resumes and applications to identify potential matches for client requirements.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Assist in conducting in-person or virtual interviews and assessments.
  • Support the maintenance of candidate databases and applicant tracking systems.
  • Assist in conducting reference checks and background screenings.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Requirements:
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a passion for learning and contributing to a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Prior experience or coursework in recruitment or human resources is a plus.
