- Supervise and lead the housekeeping team to maintain cleanliness and service standards
- Assign daily tasks and inspect rooms and public areas to ensure they meet company standards
- Train, mentor, and evaluate the performance of housekeeping staff
- Ensure that guest rooms are fully stocked with necessary amenities and supplies
- Report maintenance issues and coordinate with other departments for resolution
- Maintain inventory and ensure proper use of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Implement safety and hygiene procedures in compliance with company policies
- Direct report to Operation Manager as a daily basis related to the Operation Team in Awan Hills Property and other projects
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in housekeeping, preferably in a 3-star or local hotel or in the same hotel style is a plus
- Having experience for the Pre Opening Property was the additional plus point.
- Willing to work on office hours from Monday to Friday from 9AM - 6PM and standby for the hybrid meeting.
- Willing to be placed in any AMODA location
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage a team, work under pressure and efficient time, and multitask efficiently.
