Responsible for real estate project from marketing to delivery of the projects ◆Before construction project - Designing and drafting - QS and budgeting for project ◆After construction project - Construction project control and schedule management ◆Marketing activity - Planning for the location and products' lineup ◆Collaboration with each parties (Local JV partners) & internal teams ◆Other related tasks as assignedJob Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience
・Working experience in Developer as Senior Manager or GM up for entire construction projects related Housing residential project ・Experience of drafting and designing ・English (Business level)
