Your Main ObjectiveWe are looking for IT Operations team – focusing in daily basis IT Operations to support our ATI production team on ATI site. You also need to work on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors and exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.To succeed in this role, you should be detail-oriented, well organized, and self-motivated with excellent analytical and communication skills.Job Description

You will work with the team handle day to day operation, and maintain IT infrastructures services (LAN, WLAN, Servers, Firewall, CCTV, IP Telephony, Access Door, ect)
You will keep productivity benchmark as per team's minimum standard
You will carefully follow instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform assigned tasks.
You will ensure that all work is processed according to the team's minimum standard, and contribute in the execution and improvements of IT procedures, policies, and goals.
You will report any issues or system limitations to the direct supervisor.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computing, Information Technology, or equivalent.
Must have excellent communication skills in Bahasa and English (both written & spoken)
Must have experience and good knowledge of networking (hardware, software, and etc).
Nice to have Experience with common enterprise technologies and concepts, such as Campus LAN, WLAN, WAN, Basic Infrastructure Security, ITSM.
Must have time management skills, experience in working with multiple projects simultaneously.
Must have excellent analytical and numerical skills
Must be able to work under the guidance of team leaders and alongside other team members to ensure that organizational goals are met
