- Develop, implement, and maintain IT security policies, procedures, and controls.
- Manage the design, deployment, and maintenance of IT infrastructure including networks, servers, and cloud services.
- Oversee and audit IT user activities to ensure compliance with security policies and prevent misuse
- Implement and enforce Data Loss Prevention (DLP) measures to prevent unauthorized copying, sharing, or leaking of sensitive data by employees.
- Monitor and control API access logs to detect and prevent unauthorized or suspicious activities.
- Lead disaster recovery and business continuity planning for IT systems.
- Collaborate with other departments to align IT infrastructure with business needs.
- Manage and maintain user accounts, including username and password policies to ensure secure authentication.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity threats, trends, and technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.
- 5+ years experience in IT infrastructure and security management.
- Strong knowledge of network architecture, firewalls, VPNs, and cloud security.
- Experience with security frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST).
- Skilled in risk assessment, vulnerability management, and incident response.
- Familiarity with disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
- Ability to manage IT projects and coordinate with vendors.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CCNP, or similar) preferred.
