Please visit our website: mJob DescriptionTo ensure the successful execution of the luxury villa extension project by monitoring contractor performance, maintaining quality standards, and managing project documentation and reporting. The PM plays a critical role in coordinating with hotel operations and keeping all stakeholders informed to ensure smooth project delivery with minimal disruption. * Monitor contractor progress and ensure alignment with the master schedule.
- Conduct quality checks and site inspections for CSA and MEP works.
- Manage and track contractor submittals, RFIs, and shop drawings.
- Prepare and submit regular reports (daily logs, weekly updates, monthly progress).
- Maintain and update the risk register and issue logs.
- Coordinate closely with hotel operations to minimize disruption.
- Facilitate contractor meetings and document minutes.
- Support the Project Lead in stakeholder communication and decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in site-based project management.
- Strong understanding of CSA and MEP systems.
- Proficiency in project scheduling tools (Primavera P6 or MS Project).
- Experience with quality assurance and safety protocols.
- Detail-oriented and proactive in identifying and resolving issues.
- Strong communicator with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Calm under pressure and adaptable to changing site conditions.
