- Lead the drivers onboarding team consist of call ops agent and document verification team.
- Conduct daily and hourly monitoring to all the agents, including daily leads assignment assessment.
- Work closely with Team Leader and QA team to improve agents quality and overall performance.
- Monitor and analyze drivers onboarding funnels and maintain high conversion rates on each funnel steps
- Assess, develop, and refine the whole onboarding process
- Working closely with regional team to fine tune the drivers onboarding process and policies
- Collaborate with Lead Generation and Marketing team to improve driver leads quality & quantity
- Ensure agents hit weekly and monthly targets.
- Positive, passionate, proactive, self-initiative and attentive to details
- Critical thinker and never ending improvement mindsets
- Good people management skills
- Data driven and numbers oriented person
- At least 2 years experience from operations background, preferably from a startup company.
- Strong analytical and leadership skills
- Experience in call center operations is a plus
- Ability to communicate, present and influence in a credible and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Ability to champion new processes from plan to close
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with fluent proficiency in written and spoken English
- Experience and familiar with spreadsheets, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint
