  • Develop long-term strategic plans for the bancassurance business, aligning with the company's overall objectives and vision.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives and drive business growth.
  • Lead and mentor a team of bancassurance specialists, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the team to achieve collective goals.
  • Set clear performance targets and conduct regular performance reviews to ensure accountability and drive continuous improvement.
Life Insurance|Bancassurance experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or any related field
  • Proven experience in bancassurance or a similar role within the banking or insurance industry.
  • Strong business development skills with a track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market presence.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail and a knack for setting up efficient paperwork processes.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate market trends, identify opportunities, and develop actionable plans.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve results.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance.
