Permit and Approval Lead - Renewable Energy

• Identify and assess the permits and licenses required for renewable energy projects
• Prepare and submit applications for environmental permits, land use permits, and other relevant licenses.
• Coordinate with government agencies, local authorities, and communities to expedite the permit approval process.

• Stay updated on Indonesia's renewable energy laws and regulations
• Ensure project activities align with legal requirements and environmental standards.
• Collaborate with legal teams to interpret and implement regulations effectively.

• Liaise with government authorities, including the relevant ministries and other local officials
• Facilitate communication between project teams, regulators, and local communities.
• Address any compliance-related queries or concerns.

• Identify potential risks related to permits and licenses.
• Develop strategies to mitigate risks and ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor changes in regulations and adjust project plans accordingly.

• Maintain accurate records of permits, licenses, and approvals.
• Prepare regular reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely submission of required documents.

• Engage with local communities to address their concerns and build positive relationships.
• Promote transparency and social responsibility throughout the project lifecycle.

• Bachelor's degree in environmental science, law, engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in permit acquisition and regulatory compliance within the renewable energy sector.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesia's energy laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
