Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, pattern, and actionable insights
Develop and maintain dashboards to communicate result effectively and monitor metrics to measure business performance
Prepare comprehensive reports and performance monitoring tracker to stakeholders within Partnership Distribution Department.
Develop and automate data collection, analysis and reporting process.
Ensure the reports are delivered on time with the highest level of accuracy
Retrieve, synthesize, and present critical data in a format that is immediately useful to answering specific questions, increasing productivity, or improving sales performance.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics / Mathematics / Statistics / Information Technology or any related field.
Min. 3 years working experience in data analysis field and reporting
Proficient in MS Office (Excel & Power Point), SQL, Power BI or other similar data visualization tools.
Strong analytical thinking skills and attention to detail
Knowledge about insurance business
