- Responsible for achieving the acquisition target every month and can identify problems that occur both in the field and within the sales team.
- Build and grow the sales team in line with projections determined by management.
- Manage recruitment and training of new team members
- Monitoring the daily activity of the team and making sure all team members are always in optimum productivity.
- Proactively engage with the sales team members and help resolve any objections, issues, and inquiries from customers.
- Build strong collaboration with the sales team members and also build strong relationships with customers.
- Maintain and monitor sales progress and upselling results on a regular basis and suggest improvements.
- Collect merchants' feedback to improve merchant experience
- 2+ years of experience in a sales-related role
- Good in communication and has strong selling skills.
- Must be an analytical thinker with keen problem-solving; process development, and improvement; as well as task planning and also familiar with Excel.
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Strong organization and presentation skills
- Superior verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Energetic and ready to work under targets and pressure
