
Merchant Acquisition Lead - Sulawesi (Contract Based)

- Lead an acquisition team to acquire and develop sales opportunities through a combination of channels, including referrals, networking, cold calls, and face-to-face meetings
- Diligently follow up and close sales opportunities
- Build a las ting relationship with restaurant decision makers to maintain the possibility of future sales
- Consult and recommend our products and services to restaurant decision makers while communicating the value of joining the Grab network
- Work with the respective team to facilitate successful product adoption and partnerships by new merchants
- Lead sales projects and initiate tactical strategies to improve team efficiency and capabilities, and drive incremental sales output.
- At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales, specifically products or services
- Experience in leading a team
- Experience in direct selling products or services
- Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects of audiences
- Experience fostering strong, enduring relationships with clients by communicating product benefits appropriate for each prospect
