- Create and implement sales strategies
- Proactively identify and pursue Sales opportunities in both local and international markets.
- Actively promote the event spaces at our hotels to drive revenue in areas such as accommodation, food and beverage, and other related services.
- Develop and nurture partnerships with local organizations to market and promote our accommodation and event services.
- Establish a strong presence and achieve significant market share
- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with assigned agencies
- Minimum 2 years' experience in the same position or related fields in the hospitality industry
- Proven track of achieving targets, has strong organizational and time management skills
- A team player with leadership skills with customer-service orientation
- Fluent in Mandarin, both written and spoken with a certified language test (minimum HSK 3)
- Eloquent in English communication in both written and spoken
- Exceptional communication, negotiation ability, and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Communications, or other relevant fields
