- Develop and deliver an inspiring curriculum which achieves the standards of the English National Curriculum within the context of Jakarta and the local region.
- Create a nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating educational environment for their learners.
- Regularly assess student progress, adapting teaching methods to meet individual needs.
- Engage with parents and guardians, providing insights into their child's development and learning.
- Collaborate with other educators to ensure a cohesive educational approach.
- Participate in ongoing professional development related to the English National curriculum and international education.
- Contribute creatively to school-wide events and extracurricular activities.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, specialising in Early Years / Primary Education.
- Must have swim experience
- At least 5 years of experience in an educational setting.
- Certified in teaching, with a focus on the UK National Curriculum.
- Fluency in English, with excellent communication skills.
- Cultural sensitivity and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of students in Jakarta.
