Requirements

At least 2 years of working experience in Fashion Retail Industry is required for this position;
Have a solid drive and can act on your own initiative without being prompt;
Open-minded and willing to learn;
Have an excellent salesmanship skill;
Have great time management skills;
Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment;
Have a strong leadership skill to guide and manage a team;
Fluent in English (oral & written)
Must be willing to work in Sentul area;
Must be willing to work for 6 day(s);
Must be willing to be based in store and work in shift schedule;

Responsibilities

Provide and ensure the direct and indirect customer assistance on the sales floor, in the fitting room, at the cash point in order to boost the sales;
Ensure garment presentation on the sales floor and in the window are as per the company’s brand guideline;
Trains and develops the store team in presenting garments for selling as per the company’s routine;
Execute and follow up on recruitment, training, developing, and assessing sales advisors alongside the store management team;
Ensure updated visual information and responsible for visual material in the store;
Organize and plans department as per business needs;
Follow and ensure others follow safety, security, and administration procedures;
