- Act as the primary point of contact for customer account management and establish trusted relationships with key accounts and stakeholders
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions aligned with client needs and objectives
- Identify opportunities in existing accounts for cross-selling and upselling, driving revenue growth and customer value
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Proactively develop new business with existing clients and identify areas for improvement
- Forecast and track key account metrics to inform strategic decision-making and drive business growth
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
- Planning, executing and evaluating retention program
- Leadership skill to deal with a large and diverse Lalamove community
- Strong sense of prioritization and structured mindset to cover multiple things at the same time, without compromising on quality
- Ability to stand firm with integrity when deciding for the company in every situation
- Data-driven to identify leverages and make decisions for the business in every situation
- Strong verbal and communication skill to articulate ideas clearly through the use of a structured approach with proven ability to create framework
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role
- Skilled in data analytics tools and reporting
- Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Freshworks, Salesforce, or Zoho CRM) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel and MS Powerpoint)
- Willing to be placed in Bandung
