Today, we're driving the energy transition with more than 30,000 of the brightest minds across 54 countries.Here, what you do matters.Job Overview:As a member of the McDermott team, support embedding and implementing corporate and client social sustainability, human rights and worker welfare in the Fabrication Yard, acting as dedicated project resource to a European client project.Responsibilities:Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

Ensures compliance with contractual obligations for clients, McDermott policy and procedures, and emerging due diligence requirements, including the EU and German Due Diligence
Works with the yard, project and subcontractor teams to identify collaborative solutions to project e. issues or requirements
Supports internal and external (clients or 3rd parties) human rights and worker welfare audits
Directly develop/improves plans and implementation/coordination of Worker Welfare Project Plans, including sub-contractor worker welfare management
Supports the Worker Welfare Committee and leads on convening the subcontractor forum and engagement for a European client
Supports management of grievances for workers and communities
Performs regular human rights/worker welfare due diligence, including workers interviews
Lead role in tracking, monitoring and reporting via quantitative and qualitative indicators to client and business requirements
Ensures projects are aligned with international standards, such as the IFC Performance Standards, UNGPs, UN Global Compact, ISO 26000

Qualifications:Essential Qualifications and Education:

Relevant BA/BS; master's degree preferred
7+ years of experience preferred
Experience with corporate management systems and policy implementation
Experience in worker engagement
Experience in supporting grievances management
Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and spoken
Flexibility to work across time zones
Fluent English language skills required (Bahasa preferred)
7+ years of experience in Corporate Social Responsibility/Sustainability and/or or NGO program management is preferred
Master's degree in international studies, political science, human rights, supply chain, legal, or similar field strongly preferred
