Minimum Education Bachelor's Degree.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Must be able to convey information and ideas, either orally or in writing.

Must be able to work well in stressful, high-pressure situations and manage priorities.
Must be able to handle problems in the workplace, including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems

Must be able to work with, understand, and interpret financial information, hotel operations data, and complex arithmetic functions.
Should have a high command of MS Applications like Excel, PowerPoint, etc, and knowledge of a back office or accounting system.

Should possess strong Financial knowledge.
Analytical skills and very well organised.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Effectively manage and communicate cash flow-related issues.
Monitor hotel revenues/expenses and ensure accurate recording
Monitor the capital planning process
Ensure compliance with all contracts, legal agreements, all operational taxes, maintaining all licenses, permits, insurance, and other regulatory contracts.
Maintain compliance with the Aston International Group Finance Manual and all the policies and procedures documented in the manual.
Audit all internal financial controls, including purchasing, cash handling, and disbursements, inventories, hotel assets, master keys, payroll, and employee records.

Ensure the proper utilization, maintenance, and periodic upgrades of all Information Technology equipment
Direct or prepare all financial reports
Maximize efforts toward productivity, identify problems, and assist in problem-solving.
