Manage, mentor, and coach software engineers and tech leads.
Cultivate a collaborative, inclusive, and growth-minded team culture.
Drive performance management, career development, and goal-setting for your team.
Step in to support squads on architectural decisions, code reviews, and security matters.

🚀 Deliver with Confidence

Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software with realistic planning and risk management.
Champion testing strategies and quality-first development practices.
Report on sprint performance and continuously drive process improvements.

🔧 Drive Technical Strategy

Lead large-scale platform and infrastructure initiatives across multiple products.
Guide adoption of scalable APIs, shared services, and AI-driven innovation.
Prioritize and manage technical debt, system health, and platform resilience.
Draft quarterly OKRs and engineering KPIs in collaboration with the VP of Engineering.

🤝 Collaborate Cross-Functionally

Partner with product managers and business stakeholders to align on goals and strategy.
Communicate progress and strategic milestones clearly across the organization.
Establish standards for team communication, knowledge sharing, and documentation.

Who You Are:✔ Experienced: 10+ years in software development, with 3+ years in an engineering leadership role.✔ Technically Strong: Hands-on expertise with TypeScript and at least one major cloud platform (GCP, AWS, or Azure).✔ Strategic & Decisive: Able to prioritize, plan, and make technical decisions that scale with business growth.✔ SaaS-Focused: Experience building, scaling, and maintaining SaaS platforms — bonus if you've worked in marketing tech or payments.✔ People-Centric: You lead with empathy, communicate effectively, and foster a culture of excellence and inclusivity.Bonus Skills:

Experience with platform-level architecture and reusable services
Familiarity with AI/ML applications in product workflows
Passion for developer experience, system scalability, and secure-by-design principles
