Recent awards and honors include the Top 20 List for Hotels in Asia as voted by the readers of Conde Nast Traveler.About the Role:Sales ExecutiveThe Sales Executive prospect and sells to individual Corporate Negotiated accounts or Group Bookings on behalf of the hotel in accordance with the objectives established in the marketing plan. Will ensure that sales activities, top accounts and bookings are focused to yield maximum revenue per available room.What you will do

Implements all sales action plans related to the respective market (by segment and geographical locations) as outlined in the Marketing plan.
Actively participates in achieving the departmental goals, which contribute to the Marketing budget..
Maximises up-selling opportunities whenever possible.
Reviews direct competition and conducts regular research
Maintains a high level of exposure for the hotel in major market areas through direct sales, telephone, fax and written communications.
Conducts site inspections.
To handle all aspects of familiarisation / site inspection clients or groups including enquiry, co-ordination and execution thereof.
Responsible for post-fam /site inspection group follow-up such as sending “Thank You Letter” and developing a potential client’s database for future business opportunities.

Require a flexible schedule in order to accomplish all major responsibilities and tasks.
Working knowledge is generally learned on the job.
Require knowledge of and the ability to operate computer equipment and Microsoft Office software.
Ability to read, write and speak English.
