Corporate Planning Officer

• Collaborate with teams to set, track, and measure progress of goals in support of AstraPay strategy
• Handling strategic role such as strategy development & target setting (KPI), determining annual KPI and financial planning
• Controlling the progress of each division and department
• Work with cross-functional teams to facilitate and assist in the priorisation of projects
• Responsible for reviewing financial reports and performing analysis to generate insights

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Finance
• 1-2 years experienced in financial industry will be prefered
• Highly comfortable in an ambiguous environment and organization that changes frequently
• Ability to perform under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Exceptional strategic thinking, business acumen and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in financial modeling, including analysis, forecasting, and decision-making support
