- Defining and implementing sales and marketing strategies in the Group and Market exports together with other Manager.
- Provide profitable growth through a holistic approach to sales & marketing management and increase profitability in Group and Market Export.
- Ensuring proper networking activities with the Group who are involved and responsible for the sales and marketing of products in their countries.
- Whenever required, coordinate with relevant Group President directors to secure sales and to supply key projects in a timely manner.
- Using product knowledge including technical knowledge of welding technology, building invaluable sales tools in front of customers every time regarding technical specifications and sales arguments and during exhibitions.
- Update the Export Market Segment report regularly, including Project reports with the latest developments for major projects and market activities including information on opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or alike
- Proficiency in welding technology and other relevant technical knowledge to develop compelling sales tools and effectively communicate technical specifications and sales arguments to customers and prospects, particularly during exhibitions.
- Background in Piping Industry
- Understands Export Requirements (custom clearance, etc)
