We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join us as an Inspector Members Compliance, a key role in ensuring that Exchange Members operate in full compliance with prevailing rules and regulations through structured inspections and effective audit reporting.In this position, you will contribute to regular and special inspections, support the review of financial reports, and help identify potential risks through accurate and timely audit processes.What You’ll Deliver:Education

Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting

ExperiencePreferably has experience working in a Public Accounting Firm (KAP).Technical Skills * Strong foundation in accounting, auditing, and financial report analysis.

Familiar with Self-Regulatory Organization (SRO) and Broker-Dealer operations (preferred).
Ability to execute audits in accordance with internal procedures and regulatory standards.
Skilled in preparing structured, detailed audit reports.
Comfortable analyzing large data sets with accuracy and attention to detail.

Soft Skills * High integrity and commitment to confidentiality.

Detail-oriented and analytical mindset with strong critical thinking.
Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication for clear reporting and coordination.

General Requirements: * Minimum GPA 3.00 out of 4.00

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English (verbal and written)
Knowledge of Capital Market is a plus
