- Provide administrative support for HR and GA functions, including employee data, attendance, filing, and correspondence.
- Assist in recruitment activities such as job posting, CV screening, and interview scheduling.
- Support employee onboarding, training documentation, and engagement programs.
- Assist in procurement processes and office operational needs.
- Help monitor and maintain office facilities, inventory, and company assets.
- Active university student in the final semester, majoring in Psychology, Management, Administration, Law, or related fields.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and accurate.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to multitask and work with deadlines.
- Willing to commit to a 3–6 months full-time internship (following office working hours).
- Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work both independently and in a team.
