We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsive Control Tower Associate to join our logistics operations team. This role plays a critical part in monitoring the end-to-end movement of parcels, managing real-time exceptions, and ensuring seamless coordination across the supply chain network. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments and is committed to delivering operational excellence.Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily delivery operations across multiple legs (first mile, middle mile, last mile) using real-time dashboards and tracking systems.
- Identify and escalate exceptions, delays, or service disruptions to relevant teams and follow through to resolution.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (e.g., hub, line haul, customer service) to ensure timely and accurate shipment flow.
- Maintain logs and reports on incident handling and resolution for continuous improvement.
- Analyze recurring issues and support improvement projects to enhance reliability and reduce defects.
- Participate in daily operational stand-ups and reporting activities.
- Contribute to SOP development and operational control enhancements.Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in logistics operations or supply chain control roles; express logistics experience is a plus.
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills; able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with transport management systems (TMS), tracking tools, and Excel/ Sheets.
- Good analytical thinking with the ability to interpret operational data.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including on-call rotations or weekends if required.
