In your new role you will:
- Responsible and manage company compliance program and activities (e.g. workshop, campaign etc.)
- Collaborate with internal auditor to improve company process
- Main contact for Internal Auditor
- Monitor follow-up & implementation of internal audit recommendations, ensuring effective remediation
- Develop risk mitigation strategies, identify vulnerabilities or fraud risks, and recommend corrective action
- Monitor employees' completion of compliance mandatory training
- Coordinate with Chief Financial Officer / Compliance Officer in the related legal and compliance topic
- Engage in process legal documentation (e.g. business licenses, certifications, reports etc.)
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholder to ensure that compliance with the rules and regulations
- Contribute & propose corrective action related tax & accounting topic.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor Degree in Business Management or equivalent
- Min. 2-5 years of relevant experience in handling compliance activities
- Good knowledge and understanding in legal, corporate governance and governmental processes and procedures
- Understanding of Internal Auditor would be a plus
- Understanding of Accounting and Taxation would be a plus
- Proficient in English, with excellent oral and written skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
