- Manage and monitor project schedules and progress of work in the field.
- Ensure the use of the project budget according to the provisions.
- Be the main liaison between contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Compile project reports, documentation, and periodic updates for management.
- Identify risks and propose solutions to avoid delays.
- Ensure that occupational safety (K3) standards are complied with by the entire project team.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction/infrastructure project management.
- Proficient in project planning, MS Project/Excel, and basic management software.
- Good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work with various parties (teams, contractors, vendors).
