Assisting in the day-to-day financial operations of company in Bandung Area.
Ensure the existence of the commercial transaction in field, as well as the accuracy of quantity and payment received.
Verify the accuracy of invoice information and other supporting documents required in a transaction.
Perform payment process and collection during commercial activities.
Perform data entry and reconciliations to ensure the proper and accurate records of financial transactions.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports on payments and collection activities

Requirements

Diploma or bachelor’s degree in finance, Finance Administration, and/or Accounting.
Minimum 1 years of experience in finance or accounting related field.
Domiciled in Bandung and fluent in Sundanese
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Trustworthy and willing to go the extra mile.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.

Ability to work independently and in a team.
Experienced in agriculture is preferable.
