- Managed Service Project Delivery: Directly drive the implementation of VCA's strategy recommendation by working on-site with Visa clients. Lead the PMO of strategic initiatives by collaborating with client counterparts. Initiatives will typically be in cards product management, portfolio optimization, operational improvements and campaigns.
- Managed Service Project Oversight: Oversee specialist VMS resources working on-site with Visa clients. Manage client relationship and overall project management.
- Business Development: Support proposal content development, conduct research on Visa and industry data to analyze potential client needs, identify suitable Visa / VCA solutions to solve client needs
- Internal Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with other Visa teams to bring a holistic solution to our clients leveraging Visa's rich value-added services (VAS) from functions such as Marketing, Products, Risk and Merchant Solutions teams
- 10+years of working experience
- Operating experience in retail banking, cards, or payment industry
- Knowledge and experience on a few of the following: Retail financial services, banking product development, payment & financial technology, portfolio management & optimization, growth marketing, customer lifecycle management, credit risk, payment risk, sales & marketing, process optimization, digital transformation
- BSc/BA is required (preferably Economics, Business, Engineering, Science), Advanced degrees (Masters/MBA/PhD) are advantageous
- In-market experience and culture as well as regulation and industry trends. Local language (Bahasa Indonesia) proficiency is a must
- Storyboarding and data storytelling including strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Strong organizational and business planning skills
- Have a start-up mindset: Comfortable with ambiguity, have tenacity and resourcefulness, creativity in finding alternative solutions, impact & customer oriented
- Experience with Tableau / PowerBI / Microstrategy for self-service business analytics
- Familiarity with application of statistical analysis, machine learning, modeling, scoring schemes, etc.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with excellent project management skills
- Superior analytical and problem-solving skills, logical thinker with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor
- Strong internal team and external client stakeholder management with a collaborative, diplomatic, and flexible style able to work effectively in a matrixed organization
- Excellent presentation skills, including strong oral and written capabilities
- Self-motivated, results-oriented individual with the ability to progress multiple priorities concurrently
- Experience in and passion for the power of analytics to inform and drive strategy and tactics, and proven ability to generate insights from data, make actionable recommendations, and tenacity to implement
- Strong commercial acumen, with experience in working on business/value cases that prove ROI
