INDUSTRIAL HYGIENE & OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH OFFICER

• Understanding the 4 pillars of Health (Promotive, Preventive, Curative, Rehabilitative) to design and implement holistic health programs.
• Understanding the Health and Industrial Hygiene Program cycle (AREP) to identify, evaluate, and manage health risks in the workplace environment. Understanding the Occupational Health Service process to provide appropriate healthcare for employees' needs.
• Understanding the process and capability to conduct measurements and monitoring of the Work Environment to identify and control potentially harmful environmental factors. Capable of providing training related to Occupational Health and Workplace Environment to enhance employees' awareness and understanding of health and safety in the workplace.
• Developing work programs, schedules, work reports, and documentation to manage and track activities and achievements in the field of occupational health. Capable of developing work procedures to ensure standardized and efficient implementation of occupational health activities.
• Forming a strong and cohesive team to achieve goals in the field of occupational health. Capable of implementing and preparing leading and lagging IH and OH indicator reports effectively to evaluate the performance of occupational health programs.
• Capable of managing Occupational Health Services well and effectively to provide quality healthcare for employees.

• Bachelor's degree from all majors, preferably with an educational background in health-related fields such as Public Health (SKM), Nursing (S.Kep), or Engineering (ST).
• Possession of certification in Industrial Hygiene and Occupational Health and Safety Specialist to demonstrate a strong understanding in the field of health and workplace safety.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as an Industrial Hygiene (IH) or Occupational Health (OH) Officer.
• Willingness to be placed at Jobsite Bulungan, North Kalimantan.
