To assist the Quality Assurance function as technical support in issues affecting manufacturing. To support and drive corrective action efforts.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure capability studies are performed on critical processes.
Perform first article inspection and review visual aids.
Perform defect analysis reporting.
Perform MRB on sustained products.
Participate in CAC meetings – support continuous improvement.
Perform line and product audits.
Assist Quality Engineering in APQP.
Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by the supervisor.
Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in Technical/Engineering fields.
At least 3 years of working experience in the Aerospace or Automotive industries.
Understanding of Quality Management Systems like ISO 9001 (AS9100 is an advantage)
Strong written and verbal communication skills (in Bahasa and English)
Experience in quality assurance, with experience in quality control roles, including knowledge of measuring equipment and blueprint reading.
Experience in conducting quality audits to assess compliance with established standards and identify areas for improvement.
Experience in the machining process, especially in a shop-floor-based quality role, is highly valued.
Ability to manage and assess the quality of suppliers and their products, ensuring they meet the required standards.
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, problems, and root causes, and develop effective solutions.
Ability to use statistical tools and techniques to analyze data, identify trends, and drive quality improvements.
Certifications like an Internal auditor or related to the Quality field can be beneficial.
