Purpose of the job:
Automation Sales Leader as Himel Brand ambassador and drive territory revenue, focusing on the project environment. He/she will have ownership of the sales territory and will be entirely dedicated to driving long term success. The ideal candidate is an experienced and proven sales with a strong network in the Electrical Market in project background and process strong relationship with related stakeholders (OEM, End User, Specifiers, Developers, Contractors and Panel Builders) . He/she will interact directly with key players and provide technical and commercial support for Himel offers especially IA (Industrial Automation) products solution. We are looking for someone that can make a significant impact by having the ability to build, negotiate and close large (complex) deals, someone that can have the skills to lead, motivate and gain the respect of clients.Job responsibilities:1. To promote focusing on Himel IA (Industrial Automation) & other Himel product to OEM, End Users, Specifiers, Developers, M&E Contractors & Indirect Panel Builders2. To maintain and develop relation with OEM, End Users, Specifiers, Developers, M&E Contractors & Indirect Panel Builders3. Achieve personal monthly and yearly target as per assigned by manager4. Approach specifier’s key players to help secure orders & close the project cycle.5. Propose specification for product and solution of offer based on features of Himel product6. Gather project information (Secure technical spec and all related player/candidate)7. Coordinate with both internal and external stake holders to secure the project order8. Managing Project Distributor to increase sales and ensure efficiency9. Prepare commitment monthly forecast order and estimation sales per quarterly10. Prepare and plan marcom budget yearly and maintaining awareness of market trends in Electrical project environment, supporting promotions, branding and events11. Responding to customer complaints and comments12. Evaluate Project distributor performance every quarterQualificationsEssential Professional Experience:1. 3-5 years in relevant Sales for Industrial Automation2. Having strong IA (Industrial Automation) technical skills is preferred3. Project Experience with the ability to build strong and committed relationships with Distributors, customers and external partners.4. Sales Background in Electrical products & solutions: IA (Industrial Automation) products, LV (Low Voltage) electrical products, Power distribution, Industrial control products, etc.5. Demonstrate strong leadership in terms of execution, influencing skills, and strategic initiative development of countries’ sales.Desirable Qualifications1. A wide network of contacts customers in the Electrical Market.2. Worked in leading companies in the Electrical Industry (Chint, LS, Mitsubishi, Hyundai, Shihlin, Panasonic etc)3. Experience in penetrating and open New Markets4. Good business understanding with IA (Industrial Automation) product knowledge, product competitor knowledge, strong technical knowledge, interpersonal skill, negotiation skill, customer relationshipPersonal Skills1. Ability to be flexible and responsive in the demanding environment of a start-up organization2. Good attitude, communication and presentation skills3. Motivated and accustomed to performing and meeting quotas4. Strategic view, teamwork player and quick execution with a sense of speed5. Result-oriented with good interpersonal, analytical and presentation skills.6. Willing to work under pressure. Accept challenge and meet commitment.Education background:- BA/BS degree, Electrical Engineering background is preferredOthers:1. Frequent traveler2. Fluent in local language Bahasa, English3. Computer Skills: MS Office
