Finance, Accounting, Tax Manager

• Overseeing and managing the entire financial management, accounting and tax functions of the company, this includes financial planning, budgeting, and reporting to ensure business profitability.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and company policies.
• Manage cash flow and cost control.
• Lead and develop the finance & accounting team for operational excellence.
• Provide financial insights and strategies to support business growth.

• Minimum bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of working experience related to Finance, Accounting & Tax Manager position.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting and tax regulations.
• Familiar with Journal transactions, experience hands on journal entry and familiar with Chart of Accounts, cost center, profit center.
• Proficiency in ERP systems; preferable experience in Microsoft Dynamics system integration and developing reporting
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Strong analytical and leadership skills, ability to do multitask, problem solving skills.
• Strong leadership, high attention to detail, possess a can-do attitude.
• Good coordination & communication skills and used to work in a teamwork environment.
• Willing to be full WFO in Cakung, East Jakarta.
