To support our current project, we are looking for a Electrical Instrument QA to join our Industrial team in Sorowako, South Sulawesi, Indonesia. This is fixed term role for 10 months.
On this role, you will be responsible with the Project team for overseeing and verifying the quality of electrical and instrumentation work during design, construction, installation, commissioning, or maintenance phases. This role ensures compliance with project requirements, industry standards, and regulatory guidelines.Key Responsibilities
Develop QA/QC plans specific to electrical and instrumentation work.
Define inspection points and hold points for quality checks.
Establish testing protocols for instruments, wiring, panels, etc.
Conduct inspections of electrical installations (e.g., cabling, conduits) to ensure adherence to design drawings and specifications.
Verify calibration of instruments such as sensors, transmitters, controllers, and analyzers
Maintain detailed records of inspections and test results.
Prepare non-conformance reports (NCRs) if issues are identified.
Document corrective actions taken to resolve quality issues.About you
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Minimum Bachelor degree, preferably from Electrical Engineering or related engineering education background.
Having minimum 7-10 years working experience in same role, preferably from engineering consultant company.
Preferably having experience in metal / mining projects.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to support cross-functional teams.
Ability to adapt to changing project needs and prioritise tasks effectively.
Having good written and verbal communication in English.
Willing to be based in Sorowako , South Sulawesi.Our Industrial Team
