- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve revenue, profitability, and guest satisfaction objectives of overall facility.
- Main role is to set up the new business strategy, business operations and organisation.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as occupancy rates, average daily rate (ADR), revenue per available room (RevPAR), and guest satisfaction scores.
- Maintain high standards of guest service satisfaction by ensuring that all guests receive prompt and courteous service.
- Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate new business staffs across various business and departments.
- Manage business finances by preparing and monitoring strategies to attract guests and increase revenue.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards, regulations, and safety guidelines.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain cleanliness, safety, and security throughout the facility.
- Build positive relationships with the local community, business, and government agencies to enhance the facility's reputation and contribute to its success.
- Min 5 years of experience as General Manager.
- Experienced hotel/service facility professional with strong management skills.
- University degree in service facility (hotel, restaurant, resort, sports center, etc) management or related field.
- Extensive experience in hotel management, including luxury and international settings.
- Experience in international organisation or brand.
- New business and organisation set up experience.
- Available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Fluent in Indonesian and English
