- Develop a new business in logistics services
- Accountable for profitable sales growth
- Develops and executes strategic, tactical and account sales plans to ensure strong pipeline is maintained
- Develops new capabilities and executes strategy
- Develops monthly forecasts and annual sales budgets
- Monitors and reports on progress against forecast and objectives
- Leads adoption and use of sales tools (including CRM) and methodologies in the region
- Takes remedial action and/or seeks advice as required in relation to sales opportunities
- Directly participates in closing strategic opportunities
- Ensures that sales activities conform with relevant government regulations, company policies, standard and ethics
- Identifies opportunities for improvement of work practices and processes
- Maintains and encourages appropriate communications and cooperation
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or marketing or any related major from reputable university
- Minimum fifteen to twenty years' experience in Sales management a must, with preferable experience within in a logistics services or waste management services
- Strong experience in logistics services and waste management services
- Delivery of application projects requiring high level of integration knowledge
- Experience and skills in contract negotiation, commercial law, tender evaluation, and quote preparation
- Basic Financial Skills - P&L, Balance Sheet
- Understanding of system business applications, market trends and integration/adoption issues
