Pickup Regional Manager

• Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university, majoring in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) company.
• Proven ability to manage operations across multiple hubs or regions.
• Willingness to travel extensively to various regions for operational reviews.
• Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and monitoring performance metrics.

• Manage and supervise pickup operations across assigned regions, including multiple hubs.
• Ensure adherence to operational standards, service level agreements (SLAs), and company policies.
• Conduct regular visits to regional hubs to observe operations, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks and enhance service performance.
• Monitor manpower productivity and ensure optimal resource allocation.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in operational processes and workflows.
• Lead and develop regional teams, providing guidance, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Engage and manage multiple stakeholders, including internal departments and external partners.
• Prepare operational reports and present findings to senior management.
