- Develop compressor services market analysis, specifically for Indonesia
- Open new relationships with customers operating centrifugal compressors and increase client base.
- Prospect and develop compressor services opportunities
- Actively establish relationship with networks of stakeholders: government and private bodies who direct or indirectly influence the compressor aftermarket business in Indonesia
- Provides in-depth knowledge of compressor services product and value proposition.
- Negotiating with customers.
- Drive risk reviews of sales contracts ensuring adherence to Sulzer guidelines
- Drive fulfilment team to support compressor aftermarket business to ensure the services quality and delivery to customers.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Overseeing the development of marketing literature
- Supporting Area Sales Manager in terms of technical knowledge and/or sales activities (presentation to Customer, organizing sales meeting)
- Support Account Receivables Collection
- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or service manager related to compressor aftermarket (at least 5 years in centrifugal compressor aftermarket business)
- Having good relation/networking with Key Customers (Oil and Gas preferable)
- General computer skills
- Experience in enterprise sales
- Knowledgeable in compressor repairs/maintenance technology (prior experience in centrifugal compressor aftermarket business)
- Excellent in English
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
- Willing to travelling across Indonesia
- Experience in customer support is a plus
- Communication and negotiation skills
